SILVER

Electrolytic plating is a process that consists of the electrolytic deposition of silver metal on a previously conditioned surface that can be steel, copper, and / or brass. The thickness varies according to the required needs and aims to improve electrical conductivity, providing a glossy finish with great ductility. Its applications are based on the electrical and electronic industry.

In our facilities we have a 200-liter silver bath and a 1.20-meter tank. long for copper screeds or long pieces.

This process consists on a metallic zinc coating that is applied electrolytically. Zinc is the most widely used component for coating steel parts, both for its anticorrosive capacity and for its versatility and price. A layer with an excellent and homogeneous distribution is obtained, which gives greater anticorrosive protection.

This coating is usually applied accompanied by a passivation stage and / or layer sealing.

In our facilities we have a line of zinc acid drum and a tank for static zinc coating to coat pieces up to 6 meters; which adds up to a total of 9000 liters of bath that guarantees a productive capacity of 30 tons per month of all kinds of parts.
